This pickling spice is kind of a big dill. Use in your favorite canned pickle recipe and there will never be a dill moment. We couldn’t resist the pun.

Suggested Use: For easy refrigerator pickles- Slice 4 cucumbers into spears and pack tightly into mason jars. Combine 2 cups water, 2 3/4 cups white vinegar, 1/2 cup kosher salt, 3 tbsp pickling spice, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and pour over pickles until jar is full. Place lid on and shake. Leave in refrigerator for at least 1 week before enjoying. You may have some pickle brine left over-try marinating freshly cut jalapenos as well!

Ingredients: onion, garlic, lampong black peppercorns, brown mustard seed, dill, coriander, turmeric, red pepper flakes
