The dried berry husks from the Ash tree, sichuan pepper is not related to traditional black peppercorns or chili peppers. It adds a whole new spice to dishes. Sichuan pepper will cause a numbing sensation to the mouth and lips when consumed. It's slight cedar/citrus notes add a floral component to your dishes.

Suggested use: Excellent in Asian cuisine. Try in your favorite chicken, seafood, or vegetable dishes.
