You may not have heard of Middleburg FL but once you put some of this on your ham you will be tattooing, “I ♥ Middleburg” on the small of your back. Tasso’s origins are creole Louisiana but it made its way over to Middleburg and we put our variation on crab cakes, jambalaya, dirty rice and everywhere you want that tasso kick.
Suggested Use: Generously cover over whole ham and bake according to cook times. Periodically baste ham with drippings. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
