Suggested Use: Sprinkle desired amount on top of mashed potatoes or mix 1tbsp with 8oz cream cheese for a delicious onion-cream cheese spread.

• 1 wheat wrap (or wrap of choice)
• 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
•1/4 cup tabouleh (store-bought used in this recipe)
• 2oz. plain cream cheese
• 1/8 cup alfalfa or broccoli sprouts
• 1 tbsp shredded carrots
• 1 tbsp roasted red pepper strips
• 1 tsp Big Bulbs - Onion Blend
In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and Big Bulbs - Onion Blend. Spread cream cheese mixture on wrap and add remaining ingredients. Depending on the size of your wrap, you may need to use less veggies than our recipe (we used one of the large wheat wraps found in the bakery). Roll up wrap and enjoy! It's that quick!
