Founded 2015 in Charlotte, NC, Spicin' & Dicin' is the first of it's kind. Built from the ground up, our mobile spice shop travels to various festivals and food events in the Southeast U.S. Come on in and and view our variety of custom made blends and dry rubs, inspired by cuisines around the world. As of January 2021, we will relocate to Micanopy, FL.

We want to bring not only color, but fun back into the kitchen. We want people to feel adventurous when it comes to trying new foods. Who says steak seasoning can only be used on steak? Don't believe us? Just try our Papa Poinelli's Steak Seasoning on a whole roasted chicken...told ya so!
