Herbivore Broiled Oysters

INGREDIENTS
20-30 raw oysters
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp Herbivore seasoning
1 lemon (cut into wedges)
2 tsp garlic, minced
PREPARATION
1) Preheat oven to high-broil.
2) Shuck oysters and place on a large baking sheet.
3) In a large mixing bowl combine panko, butter, spinach, parmesan, Herbivore, and garlic.
4) Evenly distribute panko mixture onto each oyster. Top with a little extra parmesan (optional).
5) Broil for 5-6 minutes, until topping is nicely browned.
6) Serve with a lemon wedge and enjoy!
The oysters in this recipe will still be slightly raw. If you like your oysters cooked more, instead of broiling, bake oysters at 425 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
