Veggie Eggrolls

INGREDIENTS
14 - 4" eggroll wrappers
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup broccoli slaw
1/2 cup napa cabbage, chopped
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp Sweet Bang Bang blend
PREPARATION
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine slaw, cabbage, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and Sweet Bang Bang. Set aside
2) Place one eggroll wrapper on flat surface with corner pointing at you. Place a small amount of slaw mixture in center (2-3 Tbsp). Brush edges of wrapper with water. Fold sides of wrappers in over filling. Fold bottom of wrapper up over center and roll tightly up away from you. Add more water at this step if needed to help "glue" the seams. Depending how much filling you use per roll, you may need more than 14 wrappers.
3) Pour oil into large cast iron skillet or frying pan. Heat to 375 degrees F. Place 4-5 eggrolls at a time into hot oil and fry each side about 3 minutes until golden brown.
4) Place on paper towel lined plate to drain.
Delicious, moist, loaf cake with a sugary vanilla topping. You won’t even notice it’s packed full of veggies!
