Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloins

INGREDIENTS
2 standard size pork tenderloins
2-3 Tbsp Porkies rub
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp ginger
PREPARATION
1) Generously rub pork loins with Porkies rub, coating evenly. Set aside.
2) Preheat oven to 400f. Heat oven-safe skillet/cast iron to med-hi.
3) In a small mixing bowl combine honey, soy sauce, ACV, sesame oil, ginger, maple syrup. Set aside.
4) Melt butter in skillet. Place loins in pan and sear 3-4 mins on each side until browned.
5) Add garlic. Pour in honey sauce. Turn loins once to coat. Place skillet in oven. Cook 15-18 mins until internal temp reaches 165f. Remove from oven. Set loins aside.
6) Place skillet back on stove. Heat sauce to boil 2-3 mins until sauce reduces and thickens slightly. Reduce heat to simmer. Stir in dijon.
7) Slice pork. Coat in sauce. Serve with potatoes or rice.
